Three Steps for Growth

While I cater my specific approach for your individual needs and goals, our work together will center around three steps foundational to self-improvement. There is no "right" order for working on these steps, and one may feel more important for you than the others.

Make sense of where you came from

Your current struggles often have roots in past experiences. Understanding these influences can unlock personal growth and clarity. Therapy provides a space to explore how your history has shaped your mental health, helping you address unresolved issues and build a stronger foundation for the future. Together, we’ll work toward rewriting the patterns that hold you back.

Find security in who you are

When who we are or what we are experiencing makes us feel uncomfortable, insecure, or overwhelmed, our wellbeing can feel further and further away. Therapy isn't necessarily about feeling better in the moment, but rather it's about getting better at feeling the moment itself.

Build confidence moving forward

Our minds often try to avoid discomfort, but this can trap us in cycles of worry or overthinking about the future. Building confidence starts with embracing the present as it is and learning tools to navigate it. Therapy provides a space to develop the strategies needed to move forward with strength and clarity.
